Return Process

  Log into your Matchbox account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box with all protective padding and include the printed return slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
