Classic Medium Roaster with Rack - 39cm x 27cm /5L

It will be hard to find another roasting dish out there as good as this one. The Scanpan Classic Medium Roaster is made from cast aluminium. Cast aluminium is extremely good at conducting heat therefore this roasting pan heats up evenly throughout. The pans non-stick surface is made from ceramic titanium making it one of the hardest wearing non-stick roasters out there. The heavy duty construction of the Scanpan roaster also means that you can use it in the stovetop.

Maintenance and Care

• Before First Use
• Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Do not use harsh scourers.
• When cooking is complete, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
• Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
• Do not use excessive high heat.
