Not only does the new Statanium surface cook your food better but it has a protective to coating that ensures the surface is more durable than other non-stick surfaces.

Made from hand cast aluminium the new induction suitable non-stick cookware range heats up thoroughly and evenly throughout the body of the pan. Thanks to the induction suitable base the the Scanpan Classic Induction cookware can be used on any cooking surface including induction. The clever design of the Scanpan non-stick cookware ranges means that there are no rivets to clean around and there are no screws to come loose, once a Scanpan handle has been fitted it does not come loose.
