Classic Induction Saute Pan - 28cm/3L

Just a little deeper than your standard frying pans, the Scanpan Classic Induction 28cm Sauté Pan comes with a tempered glass lid. The whole pan including lids and handles is suitable for use in the oven up to 250°C. Made in Denmark from 100% recycled aluminium Scanpan Classic Induction cookware is fitted with an induction suitable base that makes it suitable for use on any cooktop. The hand cast aluminium body if guaranteed not to warp throughout the pans life. Featuring the new Stratanium non-stick surface this induction suitable non-stick sauté allows you to cook with less oil or fat and still achieve optimal results searing, browning or producing a crust without sticking.
